A middle scale office building set at a corner plot in the complex urban and architectural context of the former Foksal gardens in the historical city centre.

An eight-storey building corresponds to the neighbouring buildings with its dimensions. Storeys from the first to the seventh occupy office open space, ground floor – commercial area and entrance zone, two underground levels are for the garage.

The structural glazed curtain wall of the façade has been rounded at the corners and protected from excessive sunlight by large horizontal louvres finished in white marble and corian. Multimedia screens have been mounted into the façade.
The top two storeys have been covered by a pressed timber structure roof.
